In DBMS, two operations are said to be in conflict if they satisfy the following three conditions:
1.They belong to different transactions.
2.They access the same data item ( in this case).
3.At least one of the operations is a write operation.
Possible pairs of operations on the same data item:- Read-Read (R-R): No conflict.
- Read-Write (R-W): Conflict.
- Write-Read (W-R): Conflict.
- Write-Write (W-W): Conflict.
